I am Spencer. I was born on a cold day in Rochester, in November 1983. It was preceded by a cold day, and followed by many more. I went to school, learned some profound stuff, and graduated in 2001. I left Rochester to matriculate at THE Ohio State University. The days were slightly less cold. After four and a half years of more profound stuff, I moved to Phoenix. The days were hot… very hot. A year spent there led me to Memphis, where the barbeque and music were good. After Memphis, it was back to Rochester and then Niagara Falls, where the days were comparably cold. By the time 2008 came around, I moved down to Jacksonville for a new job. The days were warm. That job moved me to Bowling Green KY, the highest fast-food-per-capita city in the United States! Some days were spent at Arby’s, others at Sonic, and still others at Krystal. The choices were endless. The aforementioned job led to another job in Cincinnati, which led to an economy-induced layoff. Now I’m in graduate school back in Rochester. The days are cold.
